Pros
Great company, work life balance is real. Good pay, not exceptional but good. Lots of really great people and culture is solid. Its a learning environment which I appreciate and one doesn't have to kill themselves daily to just get the work done.
Cons
Decisions take forever to get made and it can be quite political in upper management which trickles down. There can be a lot of gossip if you are not careful. If they could solve that - I'd give them 5 stars.
