Pros

There are some really hard working people that have maintained solid work ethics. I have made friends here that will last far after my time with this company.

Cons

As some of the suspicious 4/5 star reviews may imply it is only "crummy" people that have been fired that write these reviews. Well, I'm not a crummy person and I left on my own good will. It's no coincidence the manner these rave reviews come in, just enough to keep the overall rating teetering at a cool 2.2, way to go BDA! If you ever wondered what high school would look like as an adult, this is your place and sadly it's promoted by some of the leaders of this company. Management is incompetent, favortism will be provided so long as you bow down and do whatever they want, regardless if it's right. Don't ask questions, in fact it's better to not even have a mind of your own, you will be labeled a problem child if so. The least motivated employees will be rewarded most while the hardest working ones get no recognition at all, unless they've "come up" with something to condemn you about you'll be sure to hear about that. Workload is out of control but if you're the teachers pet you are certain to be accommodated with a very comfy workload. CFO likes puppets, with a do as I say and don't ask questions attitude. Poor management has resulted in really good people leaving the company, I've seen entire departments leave. It has impacted suppliers, which are penalized for putting accounts on hold for nonpayment which in turn effects ability for sales and orders to be fufilled. Turnover throughout company is incredibly high. They will entice you with elaborate parties, feed you great food and alcohol too! On the surface it looks like a great place but there is a bleak and unethical side once you get in. People work ungodly hours and are expected to in order to get work done. Pay is mediocre and not worth the stress. There are a lot of reviews that note the same issues with this company and the complaints couldny ne more accurate. If you choose to ignore that and believe the periodic rave reviews posted then this might be the place for you.

Pros

- Decent base salary if this is your first job out of University. - Free Swag - WFH Fridays - Smart and helpful colleagues

Cons

- Incredibly stressful, do NOT take this job if you do not have a high stress tolerance. - A ton of competing priorities that almost always require quick/immediate action. - You get a ton of emails and are expected to be able to pull up and reference any of them at a moments notice. - Constant whiplash between doing deep, focused work (presentation/catalogs) that have a ton of details and require your full attention versus quick/rapid fire tasks that you must address immediately. There were days where I was working on one presentation all day and couldn't get it done because of how much I was getting pinged to resolve other issues. - To get promoted you must essentially do the job of 2 people (CSC and PSA). Beyond that, there is no real career progression unless you want to go into sales. - Management always says to raise your hand if you need help. But when you ask for help, there is always pushback in the form of others having more task hours than you. - CEO took away one of the WFH days. When Qualtrics had negative feedback he essentially said "If you don't like it - then leave". He is a "Do as I say, not as I do." type of leader. - Workload and responsibilities are not commiserate to the salary.
