      Company is a positive place to wirk

      Cons

      Salary is under market payment Workplace flexibility is not there. Even hybrid roles are expected to be in office 4 days a week and remote roles are non existent.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
