I had the worst experience in my carrier due to GAURAV SALWAN. - Software Quality Engineer II BD Employee Review

Sharing one of my experience with Manager GAURAV SALWAN. He is very political Person and I had very bad experience with him. This kind of people ruling Companies like BD HCLTech and stopping people as well as companies to grow up. He is supporting people who are expert in gossip and flatter, and due to them other people are suffering who are really hard-working. This man is stopping their appraisal/promotions to harass them. Might be organizations does not know about the politics of these kind of managers. I'm posting here so other people will not face the same problems like I faced. At least MNC's should track activates of these kind of people.
