      Pay Well. A lot of opportunity if you are a self motivated person and can see opportunities. No one will just promote you for coming to work everyday.

      Cons

      Hard to break into the cliques. A lot of people have worked here since they graduated college and have years of friendship.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
