      Pros

      Smart people, decent salary/benefits, very relaxed environment, flexible hours. The company has a lot of very knowledgeable people in various disciplines: biology, optics, electronics, fluidics, etc.

      Cons

      Most of the products are in a overegulated clinical market which results in too much process and documentation leaving little time for actual innovation and development

      Good hours. Paid lunch, clean work environment.

      Suiting up because of PPE requirements take time away from breaks.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
