      Good benefits. Oppourtunites for christmas bonus. Employee assistance program. Discounts with select companies.

      Cons

      Racist management and base pay's set by race and gender. Pay discrepancies. Toxic work environment. No accountability for bad management. Recently sued for paying AA women less.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
