      Very good company with meaningful goals, that supports out goals. Management team is really compatible and enthusiastic about the company. We trust each other and we care each other. We do what is right We thrive on innovation and demand quality We are all accountable We learn and improve every day We help each other be great

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
