Pros
The BD Values are legitimate and are upheld with integrity. Compensation is above average in my experience.
Cons
Trend is to hire from outside right now. Not opening opportunities across business units for current employees. HR may be in transition on this. Slow to move. Heading into more consumables, need to stay up with technology better.
