      Pros

      There is a focus on continuous improvement and the site management is great. I also appreciated that the communication channels between the site and corporate were always open.

      Cons

      Even though the benefits were great the pay was mediocre and that didn't always attract the best talent. Turnover was common and management was slow to fill the necessary positions.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
