      Pros

      Friendly, Reasonable Team with good core ethics compared to other companies I have worked for. Benefits are great. Work Life Balance is evident if you choose to embrace it.

      Cons

      None that are unusual. Much less than at most companies that I have been employed by.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
