A lot of smart and friendly people work here. A lot of the employees are not only friends at work but outside of work. I usually spend the weekend with the same people I work with.

Very competive for growth. Promotions are based on who you know. A lot of the employees are not only friends at work but outside of work. I usually spend the weekend with the same people I work with. And since everyone is friends it makes the scratching to get to top even more backstabbing.
