Management in disarray - Engineer BCS Automotive Interface Solutions Employee Review

Management is condescending and disrespectful to employees and treats them like cogs in a wheel. No clue. Too many meetings where they tell people how bad things are, but management won't provide tools and resources to fix things. Only talk and empty promises. Only tactical and no strategy. People are afraid to speak up for fear of retribution. Too many Managers, Directors, GMs, VPs, and C-level people and not enough actual workers. Management sees these Glassdoor reviews but they refuse to believe them in their arrogance. Any positive reviews here are likely planted by management. This place is in free fall.
