Toxic corporate culture that rewards treacherous middle and lower managers while ignoring feedback and suggestions to improve productivity and flow from staff. Routine mistakes in payroll and even basic things suck as not delivering tax documents or even spelling names right to name just a few. They actually tried to deceive me into accepting a lower pay rate as contracts were being switched but insisting it was actually higher.
