Leadership make awkward movements that are noticed from the entire company. We went from 65 people to 40 and they decided to do office renovations. Imagine the morale save if that money went into salaries. Marketing has gone through lay offs so I have to do all their reports and comm stuff. Uuuuuuuuuugh.
