Pros

Great people to work with who are clever and friendly, which makes you want to be the best you can be. Has a family vibe with fun social events. Benefits including a stocked cafe (great coffee), BCM Fit program with personal training paid for by the company, half day off each year to go xmas shopping. Supports charities and has a workplace giving program. Very innovative, puts clients first, always looking for new opportunities to introduce to clients which also helps with one's career development. Internal promotions are possible. Management has an open door policy so if you've got issues, you can go straight to the Partners for their feedback.

Cons

As is the case in the advertising industry, there are some long hours involved to meet the demands of deadlines to ensure client satisfaction at all times. Challenge sometimes getting to know everyone as freelancers come and go, but that's the way it is these days with project work.

Pros

They hire talented hardworking people within their strategy and creative departments. The office perks are nice which include the space, coffee machines, and the location.

Cons

Staff often works overtime (including weekends). Some staff members have also worked unhealthy about of hours and nothing is done about it. There is very high turnover within the organization. This is directly due to upper management. The company culture is not genuine and feels forced which is very odd. Personally I had a very bad management experience. What you see on the company site and social channels is very misleading and purposely crafted. I'm surprised there are so many positive reviews here.

Pros

Most of the staff are bright, young and enthusiastic. They are frequent social events which helps to bond people together.

Cons

Very hierarchical with an invisible barrier between staff and upper management. Favouritism exists and fierce internal competition is rampant.
