      Worked with a few really good people and was able to find a new job and get out of BCI.

      Cons

      Everything about this place is a big con. You get promised everything and all you get is stress and grief!!

      Pros

      Work is steady but thats it. I’m looking because the benefits are terrible. Health insurance is literally $800+ for family every check. Its insane.

      Cons

      Benefits hands down is the biggest con. If you have a family, and need health insurance BCI is not the place. Find something else because $800 a check is the worst I have ever seen. BCI has a problem finding good help and keeping good help because of this issue.
