Pros
I'm reading these other reviews and I can't believe people didn't enjoy their time at BCH. I worked at BCH for 2 years (only reason I left was because we were relocated for my husband's job) and it was the best work family I could have asked for. The "work hard play hard" motto is especially true here. You're expected to work very hard for your clients and the agency, but coworkers truly enjoyed our time both in the office and out together. The client roster is amazing - extremely fun and great brands/clients to work with - plus a lot of opportunity for growth with new business pitches, client interactions and more. BCH has weekly happy hours, summer Fridays, generous PTO offerings and they were very flexible time off (come in late, leave early, etc. if need be). If I had the chance, I'd work at BCH again in a heartbeat!
Cons
Would be great if BCH paid for parking. But if that's the worst thing about BCH, I think it's still pretty great.
