Pros
Employees are empowered to make local decisions for their customers. They care truly care about employees and strive to be good employers. Upper management is always trying to have more/better communication.
Cons
Most contracts are regionally based so if you are looking fto change contracts (and want to stay with the company) but are not willing to relocate then that's a challenge.
