Pros
The branch I worked at, the staff was great from management to part time tellers. I worked there for 2+ years. There is room to grow if you are really looking to grow in the banking industry.
Cons
Not good communication with main office's various department including HR. Pay is not great specially if you are coming from another bank with 20+ banking experience. They should take that into consideration.
