Accounting specialist - Accounting Specialist BCA Financial Services Employee Review

Supervisor does not address errors made by employees and when she is addressed about them, she just disregards it. She acknowledges that they should be taught correctly, yet never puts in the effort to make sure it gets taught. The work being done quickly is more important to her than the accuracy and she doesn't really seem to care about the concerns of the employees and I don't believe she keeps the CFO in the loop with all things going on in the department. There doesn't seem to be any room for growth. The salary is also way more below the average accounting specialist in the country and it doesn't get any better.
