Pros
There really aren't any pros working for company that tries to scam their own employees. Possibly the fact that the work is remote is a pro? That's about it.
Cons
- Pay is significantly under the industry standard - Pay is inconsistent, they will dock your pay for no reason at all if they feel like it - All of their workers are in countries were gambling is illegal, so they employ rediculous communication methods which makes it nearly impossible to work with any sort of efficiency. - Many employees do not speak English despite the business being geared towards English speaking patrons. - They pretty much encourage to scam and deceive players on a regular basis, under the cover that they are "anonymous" due to the nature of the industry. - They show no gratitude to employees who have helped them significantly in their endeavors - No project management of any kind, just fly by night entry level PMs who have clearly never managed a proper project before in their life - Most employees have no qualifications for their positions, making it extremely difficult to actually get something done which requires more than just yourself - No opportunities to grow. They don't give raises unless you aggressively request one. Even after making this company millions, they were stingy with such things despite them wasting significant amounts of money on useless promotions and the sort - No onboarding, very unprofessional introductions with random people who you may be working with for a few days and never see again. - The absolute maximum they will pay for a position is $50k/yr. Most get less than this, regardless of seniority or skillsets. Greedy company. If you have any sort of actual talent in your work field, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Not only will your pay be significantly less than industry standards, but your peers wont even be qualified for their positions which will just make you and your work look bad. The only ones who seem to work here are ones who cant find jobs anywhere else, or they lied about their experience level when joining. This company actually still owes me a few thousand dollars. If they do this to their own employees, what do you think they do to the users of the site?
