Pros
It has a lot of benefits, from top EPS health insurance to an embedded gym (it is not free tho). Long-time, indefinite contract is the only option.
Cons
Most workers and specially L1 managers are quite old and reluctant to change. You may find a hard time being nominated as a top-talent, specially if you are young and new. Its kinda sad for me to see people that have beeen working for 10+ years and are ganinig the same salary since they started. As a non-software big corporation, their processes are quite slow, innefficient and too burocratic (literally 90% of the time is just asking clearance to the respective team).
