Training is horrible 95% is computer basted training and the other 5% is after your already at the branch. All I have to say is hopefully you get a manager that wants to see you do well. They give you monthly sales goals and push you everyday to sell so many products and tell you you have to make so many sales calls a day to try and push people to do things they may not even want to do so they can make their goals. Now if you want to work at Wells Fargo go don’t go to a bank that’s trying to be like them. There sistomes suck there updated some but not to 2020 standards. Check scanners are used, outdated atms, paperless technology doesn’t work 90% of the time.
