Terrible Work Environment - Anonymous employee BBTV Employee Review

It's funny how every time there's a negative review, a fake one follows immediately. Do not be fooled as the social media members are getting paid to write the positive reviews. Morale is extremely low here. I have never seen such poor leadership anywhere else. The people that fill the management roles don't have the right qualifications. Office politics and sucking up to managers is big here. The people that move up don't have the right education or experience. You can tell everyone is miserable. They tend to fire the people that are smart and have great ideas.
