Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is difficult to respond to the specific details of your review, as we have not employed anyone under the title "Installation Manager" in our Minneapolis area. We also have actually added roles over time in that location versus reducing and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your experience. That said, we take all feedback seriously and are committed to ensuring a positive work environment for all team members. Regarding your concerns, we aim to provide consistent support to all our offices and teams, including those that became part of our company through acquisitions. We would be open to discussing your feedback further and we encourage you to reach out to hr@baycominc.com so we can better understand your perspective and address any concerns. We appreciate your input as we continue to grow and improve. Katie Busch BAYCOM President

Pros

I've enjoyed my time at Baycom. The people are great to work with, and there's a team-oriented culture where everyone is willing to help each other out. Even though sales can be challenging, I've always felt supported by both my coworkers and leadership. One thing I appreciate is the trust and autonomy you're given to manage your accounts and build customer relationships. The company provides good training and resources, and there are opportunities to learn and grow if you're willing to put in the effort. The work can be fast-paced at times, but that's part of what keeps things interesting. It's rewarding to work for a company that focuses on helping customers solve real problems and values long-term relationships.

Cons

Sales goals can be demanding at times, but that's expected in a performance-driven environment.

Pros

Great place to serve our public servants in fire, EMS, police, etc in addition to large corporate partners who need comm's and tech security assistance. People work hard here, revere the customer, and have each others backs. I cannot say enough great things about the company. Oh, trustworthy, low ego, high character leaders also. Okay, I'm done now

Cons

Company constantly in growth mode creates opportunities. But also creates change and change is tough. I wouldn't have it any other way but you need to be able to roll with the punches here and if you can do that, skies the limit.

Thank you for the thoughtful review. It means a lot to hear your perspective on the work we do supporting first responders and our corporate partners, and I’m especially glad you called out our culture. The commitment to our customers and to each other—grounded in trust, humility, and strong character—is what makes this a special place. You’re also right that growth brings change, and that isn’t always easy. We’re intentional about being transparent and supporting our team through it, while staying focused on doing the right things. I appreciate the reminder to “tell the truth and be real”—that’s exactly the standard we hold ourselves to as we continue building for the future. --Katie Miner, BAYCOM President
