Bausch + Lomb provides a positive work environment, strong benefits, and excellent support for employees. The company continues to invest in training and onboarding resources for new hires. Their training program is one of the best I have experienced.

As with all bigger companies, sometimes communication and changes occur slowly. There are extremely knowledgeable employees in the field with great ideas and feedback on industry trends that could be utilized more and in better capacity, however they do have outlets for Thai currently as well. In order to align with industry standards, online sales of products should contribute to quotas.

Clean work environment- temperature controlled.

12 hour work days and certain salary team leaders are not capable of doing their job. Sadly everyone knows but nothing is ever done to remedy the issue.
