Pros
The employees themselves are great - hard working and dedicated would be an understatement. There are plenty of opportunities to learn, take on extra responsibility, and add to your skillset.
Cons
Don't expect any extra compensation for taking on the above mentioned extra duties or responsibility. Raises and promotions are next to impossible to attain. You will be nickel and dimed as far as PTO ( I was carried out by EMT's and taken to the hospital one afternoon after working all day, and they charged me a full sick day), they will doctor performance review responses to save money on bonuses, and they expect an insane amount of overtime of their salaried employees. If you are entry level at this company, don't spend any more than two years here. HR here is also a joke - don't expect any conversations to remain confidential.
