      Pros

      Good starter path for fresh grad/junior level, worklife balance especially for R&D department.

      Cons

      Lacking Career Path, improvement/appropriate training for employee, and very Top Down management approach. Decision maker working remotely & basically your feedback hardly reach management level. CEO -the major shareholder making the company culture hardly change towards improvement.

      Pros

      Management is not involved in the day to day care.

      Cons

      Management does not seem to care much about the well being of their client. They had asked me on a couple of occasions to do things that were morally and/or legally questionable.
