      People are generally friendly and there's a good atmosphere. It's pleasant spending the days on site or traveling visiting fields.

      Cons

      Significantly understaffed. Ambition to compete with the biggest companies in the sector while providing much less resources than competitors. Behind with IT and digitalization tools.
