- Management have very poor communication skills , both in social conversation and in work . Clear that they have their own agenda and regularly mislead employees. - Very small office , where management's inadequacy and distrust of employee's creates an extremely poor work environment - Little to no opportunity for career progression . - Clear that there is one rule for one group of people and another for everyone else . - Poor outlook for sector in the future as we move more towards renewable energy. Company's share price reflect this . - Extremely high employee turnover for such a small office , mainly due to reasons above.
