Pros
Decent pay that eventually can be good but takes some time. Their safety mindset is top notch. Bonus every year that I was there buy not guaranteed. for the most part you wont be doing anything too difficult.
Cons
Extremely political environment. Tough to get ahead if your a quiet person. Being good at your job is almost secondary. They really reward you if your good at selling yourself and playing politics. Depending on plant can work in extreme heat or harsh conditions. Most plants are 24/7 more than likely will work an undesirable schedule for example a 12hr swing.
