      Pros

      At Madrid HUB there is a good working environment and a good benefit pack for you. Management is nice and communicative.

      Cons

      There is a lack of a real salary review process, even though they give you more responsibilities. Not 100% remote work Insisting on coming to the office (recently moved from the centre to fuenta la mora)
