      Very little to none. Maybe the exposure of working with many highly sophisticated tools. Good knowledgebase.

      Expectation of job not clearly explained/defined during the interview. Job title does not mention "Senior Infrastructure Engineer" but expectation when started job was Senior level and even more. High work pressure due to the high expectations from management. After being newly hired, employees are left for almost 3 months or more with task of learning / knowing everything by themselves just by reading the Confluence knowledgebase this team has.

      Pros

      Great benefits, hybrid & remote roles, great colleagues to work with. Great vacation /time off. Helpful colleagues

      Cons

      Reorganizations (roughly 3 years), IT roles dwindling in North America(moving to India), teams can get very silo-ed, “not my role” = not helping you (when you are looking for answers/assistance), currently seeing a lot of movement out of New Jersey (roles moving to other parts of the country), some organizational charts can be confusing, huge organization(can be difficult at times pinpointing the exact team you may need to work with)
