Pros

They have good pay and benefits and in some industries are launching new products.

Cons

They do a poor job of reconizing diverse talents of their employees, show a lot of favoritism. Also, being slow to react to changing markets is very frustrating to sales professionals. Many times one does not feel equipped with enough tools and programs to compete in the market place. Management does not solicit a diverse mix of frontline people for their help and opinions in developing marketing programs, which results in programs that are often off target.

Pros

Great benefits, hybrid & remote roles, great colleagues to work with. Great vacation /time off. Helpful colleagues

Cons

Reorganizations (roughly 3 years), IT roles dwindling in North America(moving to India), teams can get very silo-ed, “not my role” = not helping you (when you are looking for answers/assistance), currently seeing a lot of movement out of New Jersey (roles moving to other parts of the country), some organizational charts can be confusing, huge organization(can be difficult at times pinpointing the exact team you may need to work with)
