However, we are continuously working on optimising this and are keeping an eye on upcoming bargaining. Recently we were able to achieve a tariff increase of a total 6,5 %! The first half will be adjusted on 01.01.2023 and the second half on 01.01.2024. In addition, it was decided that we will make full use of the possibility of paying the tax-free inflation money of 3.000,00 €. This amount is also paid out in two parts - the first part reached our employees already in December. Furthermore, we have created a large number of other monetary incentives in the past, as well as intangible benefits, which are highly valued by our colleagues.
