      401k match 6%, many plans to choose from for health care, many corporate perks and discounts, flexible virtual offices for many roles, vast education and development opportunities both online and instructor led, mentoring opportunities, excellent brand name for

      Cons

      Many separate business units which are are run separately, but all expected to utilize same platform services i.e., ehs, credit, purchasing, hr, etc. One size fits all mentality toward business at different stages along the supply chain. Some businesses made raw materials or chemicals and some made finished good, all were treated same.

      Great benefits, hybrid & remote roles, great colleagues to work with. Great vacation /time off. Helpful colleagues

      Reorganizations (roughly 3 years), IT roles dwindling in North America(moving to India), teams can get very silo-ed, “not my role” = not helping you (when you are looking for answers/assistance), currently seeing a lot of movement out of New Jersey (roles moving to other parts of the country), some organizational charts can be confusing, huge organization(can be difficult at times pinpointing the exact team you may need to work with)
