Pros
Pay is based on a national basis. Benefits are awesome - including 100% STD and LTD as well unlimited sick days if needed. Senior Management and Board members are very engaged and motivational.
Cons
My particular department did not manage well, but do not think this is a reflection on the company as a whole. Moving to a call center for Human Resources needs.
