Management encouraged a culture of secrecy and deception Management often fired employees who told them truths they did not want to hear Total lack of trust between management and employees and vice versa BAS rarely if ever was able to stick to production schedules, so key products are frequently out of stock with no reliable insight as to when customers can purchase them again Severe mismanagement of funds. BAS it prudent to expand its sales team, while being unable to afford business cards for existing team members or provide an accurate estimate as to when product would be back in stock Extremely toxic company culture created from the top down.
