Pros

-The training by Paul and Bobby is great. They will do everything they can to help you through the training process. -Work-life balance is pretty good in that you won't have to work over 40 hours a week. -If this is your first sales position, you will be introduced to many different business sectors which gives you valuable experience. -My co-workers were great, and they really do try to help you out in the ISR role.

Cons

-BIGGEST ISSUE: they will give very easy list to call on for Executive/Master ISR's while regular ISR's are given crappy list. They advertise how ISR's will have to make +160 calls a day to hit quota. HOWEVER, I know for a fact that Master ISR's at times make 30 or less calls a day and still hit their quota, interesting. -The above point leads to another con with BAO, their turnover. BAO has a very high quota for their ISR's, which makes up a majority of their employees. When given a crappy list to call on, your ISR's can't hit the quota BAO demands, which leads to many quitting or getting fired. If you don't believe me, take 5 minutes and read the other reviews on here and how many of them mention the turnover. -The software BAO provides to list companies/contacts to call on is INSANELY OUT OF DATE. You could call a prospect that hasn't been with the company for +5 years. OR, you can be given companies that haven't been in business for years, it's absurd. -You need aliases for EVERY SINGLE DIFFERENT CLIENT YOU REPRESENT. Eventually you get used to this but for how many times you move from one client to another, it gets to be annoying. -THE PAY does not match the amount of work an ISR needs to do to hit quota. For the amount of time and effort this job takes, you can be paid far more than what BAO provides. -The amount of PTO BAO gives you is not great and could be better. -ZERO flexibility when it comes to career opportunities. Many sales positions will provide you different paths of opportunity down the road, whether it's an Account Executive or Sales Manager role. NOT BAO. When promoted from an ISR, you will be doing the EXACT SAME THING, your quota is just higher. I understand some people may like the straightforward path, but I did not.
