They're doing groundbreaking work bringing new medicine to the forefront of practice in America.

There's a lot of siloing and not many chances to have needed conversations with necessary people.

BAMF has a highly diverse business model that provides opportunities to rub elbows with many many extremely intelligent colleagues from very different backgrounds, from particle physics to nursing to engineering research. Its an environment where you will never be the 'smartest person in the room' and there is always more to learn and collaboration between groups is highly encouraged. The leadership, at least in the division I'm in, is nurturing and wants everyone to succeed. There is a high emphasis on mental and physical health for all team members.

It's in a state of growth so change is frequent and sometimes extreme. Not a place for someone that enjoys a stable environment or task list that is consistently the same every day
