Worthy mission. Some good people at working levels. Tough but fair customers. Location is great.
Cons
Leadership brought in from unrelated BAE businesses which leads to a significant lack of expertise in operation a unique business. Focused on individual preservation, not product/program delivery. Very weak matrix organization.
