Excellent prime, huge potential. Punches way above its weight as the 6th largest defence contractor in the world. Innovative, loads of training and progression opportunities, mobility across sectors is encouraged, many corporate events to network, loads of opportunities to go above and beyond the contracted job, DE&I is well practiced, solid pay, career progression is great too.
Cons
Stuck in a loop that is slow and bureaucratic and unable to pivot quick enough to the needs of the market. Needs streamlining and patience for any employee wanting to pack a high momentum punch in their work.
