Pros
Good people at the day to day level. Still a lot of good work being done and still a lot of experienced people who care about delivering quality products. For people in early careers a good place to train for and work on modern projects.
Cons
Senior management using outdated practices that belong in the 1980's too conservative and slow to adopt change in fast moving areas. Attempts to address a poor track record on senior management bad behaviour have led to a reduction (for some groups) of psychological safety.
