Looks good on CV, interesting work, good experience to take forward.
Cons
Backstabbing, lying, culture breeds competitiveness as opposed to collaboration, favourtism seems rife, low morale when I was there, lack of support, you cannot trust anyone. I cannot speak for the whole company though only the business unit I was in.
