Pros
Took exactly 2 weeks from initial discussion to written offer. Never seen a large organisation move so fast!. Only 4 weeks in so cant really comment properly on what its like to work here, but so far so good. Excellent on boarding and induction program, great people to work with. Very interesting work..
Cons
Massive growth leading to challenges around process and people... Though more opportunities that challenges!!!
