Pros
There is a great culture and people are treated like valued members. I really feel like I’m empowered to make a difference and that my contributions are noticed and appreciated.
Cons
Government contracting can be risky, if funding on a project falls through it can leave people unemployed. In over a year with the company I haven’t seen that happen but it’s the nature of this industry.
