- Hire and fire culture. Be warned as you can be hired today and retrenched tomorrow - Yearly retrenchments and restructures - People in company do want to make a difference but held up by leadership in HQ - Leadership only looks at numbers, short-term vision hurting the company in the long run - Strategy changes each year or none at all - Pay not on par with industry *Putting this review out to warn those who are thinking to join. Best to avoid for now as we have seen lots of new hires fired within 6 months because of the constant restructures.
