Pros
- No pressure, - Fine salary (the starting one you negotiated, raises are negligible to say the least, regardless of performance ) + stock options, - Health insurance, sports card, training vouchers
Cons
- severely outdated technology and infrastructure with no perspectives for update, - 95% maintenance and support, 5% new features, - corporate politics and some really "questionable" rules (e.g. we can't have plants in the office... because some employees pour the coffee in the pots...), - Local management has no real decisive power,
