BAE provides so many incredible opportunities, I have learned more during my time here than with any other company previously. I work with extremely bright and friendly teams in Gloucester, London and Guildford who work together solving the most challenging problems delivering impressive solutions to our clients. Every day there is an opportunity to add value, solve a challenge, make improvements and do something positive. Our core values are Trusted, Innovative and Bold; no matter your level or the role that you’re doing, ideas are always welcomed. There has been a great deal of change recently but the MD provided regular communications, transparency, listened and was happy to answer all questions asked. In addition, as a single working parent there have been times when I’ve needed flexibility and BAE without hesitation has been more than supportive, I really couldn’t ask for more.
